Property Litigation

There are few assets as valuable or as costly to you or your business, as property.

Property disputes can therefore be financially significant and potentially the most important issue you or your business will face.

We offer unrivalled expertise in all aspects of property law, whether in relation to property you own, let or develop. When it comes to disputes we regularly advise clients on a range of property related issues including:

  • Dilapidations Claims
  • Rent and Service Charge Disputes
  • Rent Reviews
  • Lease Renewals
  • Break Notices
  • Construction Claims
  • Professional Negligence Claims
  • Trespass
  • Breach of Covenant
  • Forfeiture
  • Possession
  • Land Contracts and Options
  • Party Walls
  • Boundary Disputes
  • Rights to Light

We advise individuals and businesses, landlords and tenants and are experienced in all levels of Court and Tribunal, in which property disputes can be pursued.  In all cases, we will discuss your objectives, and prepare and prosecute a strategy that helps you to achieve your goals, be that through alternative forms of dispute resolution or Court proceedings.
