Property litigation

We have a dedicated team within the department which specialises in all aspects of property litigation. The team has substantial experience of the full range of property related disputes including commercial landlord and tenant, dilapidations claims, contested business lease renewals, rights of way, restrictive covenants, co-ownership disputes and both commercial and residential possession claims.

We work closely with the firm’s Commercial Property Department in particular to ensure that a seamless service is provided to clients by which potential disputes are identified and resolved at an early stage in a practical and cost effective way.
