We have extensive experience in acting for funders of Commercial Property ranging from High Street Banks and pension funds to private investors. We regularly act for funders on all aspects of property finance including both investment funding and development finance dealing with UK and non-UK borrowers.
We can advise on all aspects of security over land and related security including drafting standard and bespoke security documentation. In this area we often work closely with our colleagues in our Banking and Security team.
We have been involved in the financing and refinancing of a wide variety of types of commercial property including office blocks, shopping centres, distribution centres, nightclubs, public houses, restaurants, mixed user building, residential developments, shopping centres, industrial parks and brownfield sites.
