Shareholders
The corporate team advises shareholders on all legal and strategic aspects of their corporate ownership.
In addition to share acquisition and disposal tranasactions, we advise institutional and other investors on share subscriptions and related share rights. We regularly negotiate shareholder agreements on behalf of both majority and minority shareholders.
In the event of shareholder disputes, we work closely with our Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. We also liaise with our Wills, Probate & Tax Saving Strategies team on tax saving strategies and maximising the return from shares both during life and as an important element in estate planning.
