Helen Hall is a residential conveyancer with over 10 years experience. She acts on behalf of clients on a range of residential property matters and has a keen interest in first time buyer initiatives, shared ownership and shared equity. Helen joined Taylor Walton in 2011, previously working in Milton Keynes and Bedford.
Born and raised in Bedford, Helen has always stayed within a commutable distance from her roots. Helen attended university in Northampton and is currently nearing the end of her studies to qualify with the Institute of Legal Executives.
Helen’s approach to her work has led to her being recommended by developers and housing groups to act on behalf of their plot purchasers and she continues to thrive in this particular field. A recent client wrote to Taylor Walton saying:

Outside of work Helen enjoys spending time with her family. She has recently decided to take up wakeboarding and following a successful first lesson is now approaching the sport in the same way that she does her work, that is to say with total commitment and enthusiasm.
