Lynne Greenaway is a senior corporate solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in advising businesses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, reorganisations and in relation to corporate structures.
Lynne joined Taylor Walton in 2008 after having gained extensive corporate experience both in City firms and as an in-house lawyer for a large privately owned multi-national company. She has worked on a wide range of transactions during her time at Taylor Walton and her commercial approach ensures matters are dealt with practically and with a view to “getting the deal done” swiftly and efficiently whilst ensuring, at the same time, that her clients are properly protected.
Outside the office, Lynne is a mum of one who enjoys spending time with her family, all outdoor activities, travelling and trying out different gastronomic experiences!
