Mehwish is a solicitor within the Employment Department and advises both employers and employees on employment related matters.
Mehwish advises clients on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, grievance and disciplinary matters as well as advising on workplace policies and procedures.
Mehwish read Law at Kings College, University of London and completed the Legal Practice Course with the College of Law in Moorgate, London. She commenced her training contract with Taylor Walton in 2008 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Mehwish is a member of the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division.
In her spare time Mehwish enjoys reading, retail therapy and socialising with friends and family – when she has a spare moment from being mum to her young son.
