Stuart Wickham is a conveyancing Partner with over 15 years residential property experience, dealing with conveyancing and non-contentious property matters. Stuart takes a service-led approach to his work which has enabled him to build an extensive network of clients and introducers.

Stuart was born and raised in Northampton, moving to Southampton to study Business & Law, before transferring to the outstanding Nottingham Law School. He trained and qualified as a solicitor with Taylor Walton, and has spent his ten years service working in the Residential Property Department, joining the Harpenden office in 2004.

Stuart has specialist experience in property matters, in particular right to buy transactions and conveyancing, together with assisting clients with various property problems, including adverse possession and right of way issues. Stuart has written for regional magazines and has assisted the firm in the past with website development and case management programmes.

Stuart’s individualistic approach to his work has resulted in him acting for a number of high net worth clients, whilst handling a high case load with a consistent service level. This has enabled a sizeable outreach and network of local and national introducers, together with a high proportion of recommended and repeat business from clients. In his time at the Harpenden office. Stuart has secured panel membership with a number of building societies and lenders and has worked with a number of estate agents and IFA’s to provide conveyancing support.

When Stuart is not in the office he enjoys 5am starts on a Saturday morning to ride racehorses for a successful Hertfordshire racehorse trainer. When time is permitting he attends race meetings with the horses, preparing them to be sent out to race. He also follows Northampton Rugby Football Club, having done so since the mid-1980s. Stuart aims to keep fit throughout his working week and enjoys cooking, travelling and sports in general, especially trying out new sports including water skiing and surfing.
