Sue Woods is a senior Legal Executive in the Family Law team and advises clients on a wide range of family law issues.
Sue grew up in Cheshire and moved to Hertfordshire with her young family in the 1970s. She joined Taylor Walton in 1994 and initially practiced in both Family Law and Personal Injury work but has focused exclusively on Family Law since 1998.
Sue provides specialist advice in connection with separation, divorce and related children and financial issues, co-habitation disputes, domestic violence cases and also in the less contentious areas of pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Sue regularly receives commendations from clients for her caring but firm approach and for her ability to negotiate settlements in a positive and constructive way. A client recently wrote “Thank you so much for all your support and guidance. I am so grateful to you for helping me to build a wonderful new and happy life”.
The father of a client wrote “I am writing to say a huge thank you to you for all you have done to achieve what I am sure we are all agreed is a really good result for my daughter!”
In her life outside Taylor Walton, Sue enjoys spending time with her grown-up family and singing with the Hertfordshire Chorus.
