After graduating from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Business Studies, Trevor trained as a solicitor with Sedgwick Kelly in Watford and qualified in 1977. He then moved to city firm Clifford Turner (now Clifford Chance) where he spent five years in the corporate department acting for a wide variety of corporate clients, particularly UK and foreign insurance companies.

Trevor became a partner in l985 and head of the residential conveyancing department in 1993. The department, which is based in all three of the firm’s offices, prides itself on providing a high quality service to clients moving home or who require advice on any aspect of residential property.
Trevor has a particular interest in leasehold work, acting for both landlords and tenants on lease extensions, collective enfranchisements and right to manage cases.
When not working, Trevor plays tennis regularly, golf occasionally and enjoys the theatre and foreign travel.
