The team's commercial and pragmatic approach is matched by strength in depth with three partners, supported by five assistants across a range of qualifications and a dedicated trainee. Acting for a wide range of corporate clients and supporting other teams within the firm, the team covers all aspects of employment law, including TUPE and outsourcing, business reorganizations and redundancies, all employment tribunal work, managing terminations of employment and the preparation of employment documentation, including staff handbooks and disciplinary / grievance procedures.
The team is unique in its free workshop and seminar programme, which runs throughout the year and covers all current employment issues. Uniquely, we cover both larger employers and small to medium sized businesses. The team also runs a two-weekly e-news service and a quarterly employment bulletin.
